MESOMEGA CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY

WARRANTY AND IMPORTANT COMPULSORY DECLARATION FOR WARRANTY VALIDITY

Please read and acknowledge these important information to validate your 1 (one) year warranty from the invoice date. Warranty is valid in case of no attempt of repair as described in 1, as well as of normal use of the device for its application see 2, against manufacturing defect. At reception of equipment for repair by “SAV” manufacturer will analyse the problem and issue an problem analysis report to final user or distributor . This report will determine source of the problem encountered by user.

1 - Repair

Device cannot be repaired by final user. It needs to be sent back, at his own expenses and choice, to the company MEDIXSYSTEME (or its distributor) , attention of ”SAV” following address :

Attempting to repair the device or opening the device by any kind of methods, by the final user or some other persons not dully authorised by the manufacturer results in making the warranty unvalid.
